1 lb ground beef
1 third of a pound bacon
2 1/2 Tbls BBQ sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups blend shredded cheese (or cheddar)
20 egg roll wrappers
Cooking oil for Frying
In a large saute pan, Cook beef for 10 minutes. While beef is cooking chop onion and slice bacon into cubes. Add onion and bacon to the ground beef mixture and cook until the bacon is cooked all the way. Put on a paper towel or drain in a colander.
Add ketchup, BBQ sauce and Worcestershire to the mixture and stir well until completely combined.
3. Lay egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing you. Sprinkle approx 1 1/2 Tbls of cheese and 1 1/2 Tbls of beef mixture in the center of each wrapper. Fold the sides of the egg roll wrapper over the mixture and tightly roll the roll, dab the end of the wrapper with a bit of water to help secure the edge and keep wrapper from falling apart.
4. Fry two or three rolls at a time for approx 4-5 min or until they are crispy and brown.
5. Serve with ketchup, barbeque sauce, or A1 sauce for dipping
